Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastepaper recycle processing apparatus which achieves paper thickness control excellent in responsiveness, can provide paper having stable product quality, can produce recycled paper having a highly accurate finish dimension, and can change a paper thickness without causing paper breakage.SOLUTION: A wastepaper recycle processing apparatus includes: a processing part which constitutes a wastepaper recycle processing system for producing recycled paper from wastepaper; and a control part 700 for controlling the processing part. As the processing part, the wastepaper recycle processing apparatus includes a papermaking part 13 which forms a wet web 12 by papermaking from a pulp suspension liquid by using a papermaking wire 43 moving in a paper conveyance direction, and in which the moving speed of the papermaking wire 43 can be variably controlled. The control part 700 changes and controls the moving speed of the papermaking wire 43 according to the paper thickness of recycled paper 62 to be produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
