Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled pulp manufacturing capable of avoiding the noise of an agitation blade rotating while rolling in air and the degradation of agitation efficiency, and manufacturing recycled pulp by efficiently and certainly performing disaggregation processing in a short time; a recycled pulp manufacturing device; and a waster paper recycling device.SOLUTION: In the recycle pulp manufacturing method, a waste paper material 6 together with water fed from a water supply 182 is agitated by an agitation blade 187 in an agitation vessel 181 to manufacture recycled pulp. The recycle pulp manufacturing method is constituted to carry out agitation by setting the water level of liquid including the waste paper material 6 and water from the water supply 182 in the agitation vessel 181 at height capable of immersing the agitation blade 187 in a state that the agitation blade 187 carries out agitation.
