To provide a recycled ready-mixed concrete production process that attains reutilization of concrete debris as a cement raw material and permanent recycling of such debris as useful resources, which concrete debris is mainly discharged from a construction or demolition site, and conventionally almost as it is subjected to landfill disposal or reuse as a roadbed material of low added value, and when reused as a material for a roadbed, can only once be placed inside the roadbed and can not be recycled again.

The production process of this recycled ready-mixed concrete involves steps of: recycling concrete debris as a cement raw material; and utilizing the recycled concrete debris for producing ready-mixed concrete.
