To provide an apparatus which can reduce sufficiently the volume of industrial waste without using a cartridge-type filter, can perform the recycling of filter materials and petroleum-based solvents quite successfully and frequently and enables to conduct stable cleaning under a good solvent condition.

This apparatus comprises a filter 20 which filters solvents circulating from the side of a washing-machine main body 10, a vacuum heating distiller 30 which introduces the filter residue accumulated in the filter 20 together with solvents and vacuum distills them under heating, a heat-exchanging liquefier 40 which introduces, cools and liquefies vaporized solvents, a transporter-decompression pump 50 which sucks the vacuum heating distiller 30 to a decompressed condition and introduces the vapor generated in the distiller 30 into the heat-exchanging liquefier 40, furthermore, sucks and transports the liquefied solvents, and a moisture separator 60 which separates and removes moisture from the recycled solvents and returns it to the was hing-machine main body 10.
