Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device for waste gypsum paper capable of removing a remaining gypsum component in waste paper as much as possible and simultaneously minimizing the crushing of paper fibers forming the waste paper.SOLUTION: In a reproducing device for waste gypsum paper,: waste gypsum is charged into a hopper 141 of a drum charge port 140; charged paper is fed into a rotary crushing drum 100 and broken and crushed by the action of hammering blades 121 and hammering baffles 111 at the outer ring inside of a drum body 110; and simultaneously, gypsum powders adhered to and stuck on the paper are scraped off, moved toward a drum discharge port 130 along the hammering blades 121 spirally disposed while rotating with the paper and the gypsum powders; and discharged from the drum discharge port 130 to a trommel 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
