Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling material capable of being molded by a combined regeneration method from an artificial lawn in which a pile is fixed to a base material by an adhesive (backing material) comprising a non- thermoplastic resin occupying the most of the already existing material.
SOLUTION: In the artificial lawn 1, a pile 3 is plantedly provided on a base material and is fixed to the base material 2 by an adhesion material 4, the pile 3 and the base material 2 comprise a thermoplastic resin and a non- thermoplastic resin comprising a polymer material showing no thermoplastic property is used for the adhesion material 4. When the artificial lawn is recycled, the adhesion material is deteriorated by applying at least one method of heating, a hydrolysis or a UV ray irradiation to separate the pile 3 and the base material 2.
