To attain reduction of the cost of printing and prevention of the environmental pollution due to disposal, by recycling a gauze having a non- adopted pattern without disposing it, as to the gauze stretched on a frame in silk screen printing.
In a plate making process for a silk screen, an applied photosensitive emulsion is reinforced with a reinforcing solution only for the gauze of the frame having a pattern adopted after preparation of a raw web sample, not reinforcing, with the reinforcing solution, the photosensitive emulsion applied to the gauze in a process before test printing which is conducted in a usual process, and then ultraviolet rays are shined thereon to set a strength that can endure mass production, as to the silk screen necessary for mass production. As for the silk screen which is not adopted and is disposed of in the usual practice, the photosensitive emulsion is removed therefrom by using an ordinary emulsion removing solution, which is a usual technique, in a state wherein the silk screen is not yet passed through the reinforcing process. According to this constitution, the gauze is made recyclable in a state of being left stretched on the frame.
