Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of a lubricant capable of enhancing reduction efficiency of the lubricant and extending life.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for recycling a lubricant by a reduction treatment, where a reduction treatment device 100 has a reactor 10 to which a hydrogen gas is supplies and which has a Pd alloy catalyst as a catalyst on an internal surface and an external surface, a liquid tank 20 of which inside the reactor 10 is inserted and a hydrogen gas supplying part 30 for supplying the hydrogen gas, and controlling flow quantity F of inflow lubricant, temperature T of the lubricant in the device 100 and supplied amount H of the hydrogen gas with following (1) to (3) conditions. (1) a value (F/S) of the flow quantity F (mL/min) of the lubricant per area S (cm) of the external surface of the reactor 10 is 0.15 to 100. (2) the temperature T of the lubricant is 40 to 180°C. (3) a value (H/S) of the supplied amount H (mL/min) of the hydrogen gas per area S (cm) of the external surface of the reactor 10 is 0.01 to 0.2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
