Abstract:
To provide a method for drying rice husks for easily crushing rice husks.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of drying and burning other rice husks using an amount of heat generated by burning the rice husks, which is to facilitate decomposition of structure of the rice husks. The method is configured in that: rice husks are put in rice husk hoppers 8 and 13; rice husks are carried to combustion plates 18 and 23 via screw conveyors 11 and 16 to be burnt; at the same time, a rice husk drying tube 3 arranged in a moving manner in a combustion chamber 2 is heated; and next, the rice husks to be dried are put into a charging hopper 7, and the rice husks are dried by the rice husk drying tube casing via the rice husk drying tube 3 to form dried rice husks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
