The recycling plant for discarded food capable of producing many kinds of feed from discarded food is comprised of a production line for producing dried low-fat feed F1 by drying, using a drier, a portion of low-fat discarded food c isolated from food waste a, b, of the whole discarded food, from which low-fat discarded food can be isolated, a production line for producing liquid fermented feed F3 by subjecting the remaining low-fat discarded food c to lactic fermentation, a production line for producing dried high-fat feed F2 by drying, using a drier, a portion of the high-fat discarded food e isolated from specific food waste, of the whole discarded food, from which high-fat discarded food can be isolated, a production line for producing compost from a portion of discarded food h, of the whole discarded food, from which neither low-fat discarded food c nor high-fat discarded food e can be isolated, and a production line for producing biogas by subjecting the remaining discarded food h to methane fermentation.
