To provide a recycle system for tile waste in which construction cost for corner tiles 23 and 24, ridge tiles 29 and 30, half tiles 35 and 36, etc., can be reduced, and in which tile waste generated in accordance with construction of above tiles can be reduced.
This recycle system for tile waste is composed of a precutting process to cut part of a flat tile 20 to form precut tiles 23, 24, 29, 30, 35, and 36 in desired form, a distribution process to contain the precut tiles 23, 24, 29, 30, 35, and 36 in each storage space in a returnable container 16 which is parted inside into a plurality of storage spaces by partition plates 16a to be distributed to a construction site 15, a site adjusting process to cut the precut tiles 23, 24, 29, 30, 35, and 36 to finely adjust the form of them to a construction place, a waste recovering process to put waste 40 of the precut tiles generated in the site adjusting process into the returnable container 16 to be recovered, and a regeneration process to crush the recovered waste into chamotte to be mixed into tile material.
