Abstract:

To provide a red ink composition for color filters capable of improving the impact position accuracy of ink by a lowered pigment concentration, and a color filter using the same.

The red ink composition for color filters contains at least two pigments selected from C.I. Pigment Red 242, C.I. Pigment Red 254 and C.I. Pigment Red 177 and does not contain a yellow pigment. The color filter using the same is also provided.
