Abstract:
To provide a reduced pressure atmosphere die casting device capable of manufacturing a high-quality die cast product, and a system capable of continuously manufacturing die cast products by circulating and conveying molds.SOLUTION: The reduced pressure atmosphere die casting device comprises: a mold 11; a reduced pressure processing chamber 12 in which the mold is installed and die casting is carried out under the reduced pressure atmosphere; a pressure reduction device 13 that adjusts the inside of the reduced pressure processing chamber to the reduced pressure atmosphere; a molten metal ladle for filling the mold installed in the reduced pressure processing chamber with a molten metal; and injection means 15 for injecting the molten metal filling the mold to a cavity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
