PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduced pressure dryer machine capable of drying an object more efficiently than that in the prior art.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a reduced pressure dryer in which an object to be dried is stored in a drying container, and pressure is reduced and discharged. This reduced pressure dryer comprises: moving means for positioning a platform having the object to be dried mounted and fixed thereon by moving it in respect to the drying container and the object to be dried and enabling it to be changed over between a saving position out of the drying container and a pressure reduced position within the drying container; a rotary device for rotating the platform where the object to be dried is positioned at a saving position, position setting and holding the platform in at least one predetermined angle; and seal closing means for sealing an opening of the drying container in which the object to be dried is positioned at a pressure reduced position, motion of the platform held at the angle toward the pressure reduced position under operation of the rotary device causes a mounting surface of the platform to become an abutted state against the end surface of the opening and at the same time storing of the object to be dried into the pressure reduced position in the drying container is assumed to be completed.
