In the reduction-casting method with which the molten metal is poured into a cavity 12 in a forming mold 11 and cast is performed while reducing oxide film formed on the surface of the molten metal by bringing the molten metal into contact with a reducing material in the cavity 12, the molten metal is poured into the cavity 12 and rapidly cooled under state of forcibly cooling the forming mold 11 with a cooling means 13, and the solidifying speed rapidly cooling and solidifying the molten metal is controlled to ≥600°C/min, and the molten metal is filled into the cavity 12 at 1.0-9.0 sec filling time.
