Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the improvement in strength withstanding surface-pressure applied to a rotary shaft part of a construction machine.SOLUTION: A reduction gear device 10 is a speed reduction mechanism 14 including: a rotary case 22 having internal teeth formed on an inner periphery; and gearwheels 27 accommodated within the rotary case 22 to mesh with the internal teeth. The speed reduction mechanism 14 includes: a plate-like first plate 11 fitted in four rotary shaft parts 23 which are integrated with a body case 21; an inner race 24 adjacent to the first plate 11 and fitted in the rotary shaft parts 23; a first washer 28 externally fitted to an outer periphery of the inner race 24 so as to slide on the first plate 11; a needle 25 adjacent to an edge face of the first washer 28 and fitted in an inner periphery of the inner race 24 and an inner periphery of the gearwheels 27; a second washer 29 adjacent to edge faces of the inner race 24 and the needle 25 to face the first plate 11 and fitted to the rotary shaft parts 23; and a fastener 13 for engaging a second plate 12 engaged with the rotary shaft parts 23.
