To manufacture an internal gear of a reduction gear device of a wind power generating facility in a short time and at low cost.
The reduction gear device G1 is used for the wind power generating facility and is constituted by a planetary gear train of swinging inner gearing type in which the final stage has a plurality of external gears 64A, 64B and a single internal gear 68 with which the external gears 64A, 64B are internally meshed while swinging. The internal gear 68 is constituted by a cylindrical internal tooth pin 68A and an internal gear body 68B having a pin groove 68B1 of the internal tooth pin 68A, a tooth number difference between external teeth of the external gears 64A, 64B and an internal tooth of the internal gear 68 is two, and if a length of the internal gear pin 68A is l1, and the diameter thereof is d1, L1/D1 is set to be ≥5 if a reduction gear ratio of the planetary gear train of the swinging inner gearing type is ≤20, to be ≥8 if the reduction gear device ratio is 21 to 30, or to be ≥10 if the reduction gear ratio is ≥31.
