Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction gear for a mill small in the number of components and good in assemblability and maintenability.
SOLUTION: A reduction gear for a mill has a planet gear device provided with bevel gears 2 and 4, a solar gear 6, an internal gear 9, plural planet gears 8 and a carrier 10 having a shaft holding the planet gears 8. The carrier 10 and an output table 11 are integrated into one body and an opening part having a diameter larger than the solar gear 6 of the planet gear device is provided at the central part of the carrier 10 and the output table. Moreover, a radial bearing 13 supporting the output table 11 and a radial direction position of a thrust bearing 12 are set at the outside of the max. radial direction position of the planet gears 8.
