Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a brake which does not need power to a device for operating a driven member by motor drive.SOLUTION: A reduction gear with a brake which is obtained by unitizing a reduction mechanism 2 for reducing the rotation of a drive motor 11 and outputting it to a side of a driven member, and a lock-type reverse input block mechanism 3 as a brake which is mechanically locked against reversely-inputted torque applied from the driven member, and holds a position of the driven member at a stop of the drive motor 11 is assembled to a device which operates the driven member by driving the drive motor 11. The device assembled with the reduction gear with the brake is small in power consumption, and can be efficiently perform assembling work compared with a conventional device which is independently assembled with a non-excitation operation type electromagnetic brake and a reduction gear.
