Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed reducer using a sliding member for positioning a first sun gear in the axial direction even when there is a small dimensional difference between the outer diameter size of a male spline part of a rotary shaft and the outer diameter size of the first sun gear.SOLUTION: A small-diameter shaft 27B is provided on a rotary shaft 25 having a male spline part 26 spline-joined to an output shaft 16, and first and second half-split bushes 40, 41 are fitted to the outer periphery side of the small-diameter shaft 27B from the radial direction. Thus, an end face 28A of a first sun gear 28 and a step part 34A of a second sun gear 33 can slidably abut on flange parts 40B, 41B of the first and second half-split bushes 40, 41, respectively. Even when there is a small dimensional difference between the outer diameter size of the male spline part 26 of the rotary shaft 25 and the outer diameter size of the first sun gear 28, the first and second half-split bushes 40, 41 can be used for positioning the first sun gear 28 and the rotary shaft 25 in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
