Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction gear easy in management of an internal clearance formed between a tooth bottom surface of an inner gear portion and a roller, and suppressed in manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A cover 1 for covering shaft end portions of an input shaft 2 and an output shaft 3, is sintered alloy which is composed of a first cover body 5 rotatably supporting the shaft end portion of the input shaft 2 and a second cover body 6 rotatably supporting the shaft end portion of the output shaft 3, and in which an inner gear portion 4 is integrally formed on an inner peripheral portion of the first cover body 5. A cage portion 13 rotatable between the inner gear portion 4 and an eccentric disc 9 is disposed on the shaft end portion of the output shaft 3, the cage portion 13 has pockets 14 formed on positions after thinning a part of division points obtained by equally dividing the cage portion in a circumferential direction by the number smaller than the number of teeth 11 of the inner gear portion 4 by one, and rollers 15 are accommodated in the pockets 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
