Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain large reduction gear ratio on the same shaft as an output shaft, by forming this gear by a drive wheel turning positively and reversely, a driven wheel intermittently rotating only in the one direction, a contact piece projecting on a circumference of the driven wheel and a pin projecting to a surface of revolution of the contact piece from an upper portion of a circumference of the drive wheel. CONSTITUTION:A drive wheel 2 is connected to an output shaft 1 repeating positive and reverse revolution, and a driven wheel 3 is disposed onto the output shaft 1 through a pivot 9. The driven wheel 3 is constituted so that it intermittently be turned only in the one direction by meand of a non-teeth ratchet, etc. that use coil springs 10. A pin 5 of the driven wheel 2 collides with a contact piece 4, the driven wheel 3 is pushed at a fixed angle alpha while a motor reverse by reaction, the pin 5 collides with the opposite side of the contact piece 4 and the driven wheel 3 stops at that location because the wheel 3 cannot rotate this time and also reverses by reaction. Thus, large reduction gear ratio can be obtained without using a number of toothed wheel rows because the driven wheel 3 rotates bit by bit every a fixing angle by means of a ratchet machanism.
