Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a reel driving device with good stopping characteristics by stopping a motor for reel shaft drive by inversion braking wherein a counting circuit for position detecting signals is substracted by an inversion detecting signal and power supply for the motor is stopped if the counting circuit is returned to a starting point. CONSTITUTION:For example, if a stop command electric signal is given during fast forward, power supply to a motor 74 for take-up reel is stopped and power is supplied to a motor 74a for supply reel to drive the reel in the clockwise direction becoming an inversion torque. Therefore, the reel shaft 71a is reduced the speed to stop the reel. Next, if the reel is tried to reverse, one of the counting circuits 38a- 38c counting position detecting signals fed into 35a-35c through AND circuits 36a-36c, and differentiating circuit 37a-37c becomes a discrete value ''2'' and an inversion detecting signal is supplied to a terminal 41a through a monostable circuit 40. The motor 74a is reversed at a low speed by the signal and a counting circuit 39 starts substraction as well and with a zero return signal is supplied to a terminal 41b, power supply to the motor 74a is interrupted to stop the motor 74a.
