A flange reinforcing body 4 is fit in a flange body 3. The flange reinforcing body 4 is cross sectionally bent and formed into an L-shape so that a flange side part 4a has an angle of inclination θ of 4±3° with respect to a vertical line and it has a ring shape having the flange side part 4a, a drum side part 4b, and a bent part P as a boundary. Then, the flange side part 4a of the flange reinforcing body is contacted closely to a collar part 3b of the flange body, and they are fixed by spot welding. By this constitution, tensile stress occurs in the bent part P, and the strength and periodic duty performance improve remarkably.
