Abstract:
To provide a reel for a film carrier tape which can prevent damage of a photoresist and prevent inferiority of a wiring pattern.
This reel has a core 1 and the side plates 2 provided in its both end parts, and the side plate 2 is provided with a disc 3 and a plurality of spokes 4 of prismatic shape radially fixed to an outer side of the disc 3.
