PURPOSE: To shorten the time necessary for work and simplify the work by introducing a cover applied on an automobile and other machinery into an accommodation case by using a taking-up system.

CONSTITUTION: The hook 6 of a cover 4 which is lightweight and uses the reinforced material is hooked on the front bumper of a vehicle, and the cover 4 is pulled out from a cover accommodation port 2 by pulling an accommodation case 1 to a rear bumper of the vehicle. Then, the accommodation case 1 from which the cover 4 is pulled out is set into a trunk, and then the trunk is closed, and the cover is set around the vehicle, and the work is completed. When the cover is demounted, a rope which connects a taking-up shaft and the cover is taken up to the accommodation port 2, by turning a cover taking-up lever 5, and the cover is taken up into the accommodation port 2.
