A housing 10 is provided with a shelf board-like partition board 12 at its upper part. The housing 10, in its upper part, is formed with a sub chamber 13 independent from the lower-side main chamber 14. The front opening part of the sub chamber 13 is opened/closed by an upper door 20 independent from a lower door 30 for opening/closing the main camber 14. The upper door 20 is double-locked by a key and the upper edge portion of the lower door 30. The lower edge portion of the upper door 20 is provided with a rib-like stopper 23 for the locking by the upper edge portion of the lower door 30. The lower-stage main chamber 14, on its inside, is provided with a drum part 44 and a putout device 45 requiring the daily work. The sub chamber 13, on its inside, stores vital components such as a main board 41 or the like to be protected for the fraud prevention.
