To provide a reference book keeper which can keep each page of a reference book, a text book, etc. as it is turned over and again allow the page to be turned over without retreating a page retainer.

This reference book keeper is of such a construction that a rotary shaft connecting a column with a column and a bar stretching perpendicularly from the rotary shaft, are arranged in the upper part of the column, and that a weight is fitted to one side of the bar and the other side is less weighty and as such, serves as a book keep part. Further, the book keep part is equipped with a weight receiver, in order to make the book keep part flush with a pedestal. The cover of the book is pinched by a clip and the page is thrusted downward from above the book keep part. Then, the book keep part rotates, allowing the page to be shifted to right under the book keep part and retained there.
