PURPOSE: To ensure a sealing property and to prevent the variation of concentration of an electrolyte caused by inflow and outflow of liquid or the generation of electric potential due to corrosion, by constructing a receptacle by the double structure providing the insulating inner receptacle and a metallic outer receptacle on its outside.
CONSTITUTION: An insulating inner receptacle 1 is made of a PTFE resin packed with zirconium oxide as a filler and a metallic outer receptacle 2 provided on the outside of the receptacle 1 so as to surround the receptacle 1 is made of a zirconium alloy. A conductive metallic rod 4 inserted into the upper end of the receptacle 1 penetrating the receptacle 2 is made of a silver rod and a silver- silver chloride reaction electrode part 5 electolytically treating the surface of metallic face and a silver-silver chloride addition electrode part 6 stuck to metallic silver by a fusion method, are attached on its tip end. A diaphragm type pressure regulator 8 is set up in the receptacle 1 and an electrolyte 7 is enclosed. A zirconium sintered plug 9 covered with a heat shrinkable PTFE tube 10 is used for a liquid connecting part 3, and the part 3 and the rod 4 are fixed by a double pressure seal 11.
