Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a reference picture that is close to a real picture of a detected object and is precise.
SOLUTION: In a design data extension part 2, design data 11, which are described as a rectangular or a trapezoid, are extended as wiring pattern by a multi-level value to each pixel that has a resolution less than detection resolution and reference data 12 are prepared; and, in a reference picture preparation part 3, a width of each wiring pattern of these reference data undergoes a magnification/reduction correction less than the detection resolution on the basis of an edge position of a real picture 15 while keeping them at the multi- level at the same time, and a reference picture 13 is prepared.
