Abstract:

To achieve stable operation even when power supply (operating) voltage of a reference voltage source circuit is not higher than 1 V.

The difference of gate/source voltage in two MOS transistors having equal temperature characteristics of threshold voltage Vt, mutually reverse codes of temperature coefficients and mutually different impurity concentration is output as reference voltage Vref. The gates of both transistors are interconnected, and when the source of one transistor is grounded, the difference of gate/source voltage is the source voltage of the other transistor, and this source voltage is Vref.
