Abstract:
To improve the durability of a sealing material arranged on the outer peripheral wall of a piston and improve the detection accuracy of the liquid meter by eliminating occurrence of chatter called stick slip occurring between a cylinder and a piston.
The cylinder and the piston are sealed by two or more U shape rings arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the piston, and a piston support member of a ring shape made of a material different from that of the U shape ring is arranged between the two or more U shape rings.
