To provide a refill container and replaceable container capable of facilitating a normal use of being attached to an outer container.SOLUTION: A refill container 1A according to the present invention comprises: a container body 2 having a storage space S for a content; a lid 3 having a top wall portion 3a covering the storage space S, a peripheral wall portion 3c connected to the top wall portion 3a and extending downward, and a female threaded portion 3d provided on an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 3c; and a ring body 4 having a male threaded portion 4a rotatably held by the container body 2 inside the peripheral wall portion 3c and screwed into the female threaded portion 3d, and also having a detent portion 4c prevented from being rotated with respect to the exterior container 5 when attached to the exterior container 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
