To provide an inexpensive refill for a wiper blade capable of preventing production of scraps and eliminating the need of distortion removing work.
In the refill for a wiper blade having two vertebrae 6 fixed to the blade rubber, the vertebra 6 is formed as a long flat metal plate material where a round wire rod is rolled to be formed with a notch 12 in a part in a longitudinal direction. The two vertebrae 6 are inserted into insertion groove parts 14 formed in a clip 7 to be held by a gripping part 15, and projections 16 are engaged with the notches 12 formed in the vertebrae 6 to be positioned in the longitudinal direction. Further, an interval holding part 17 formed in the clip 7 is interposed between the two vertebrae 6, and the vertebrae 6 are held in parallel with each other at an interval equal to the width of the neck of the blade rubber.
