Abstract:
To obtain high-quality refined propolis separated from impurities from crude propolis and freed from uncomfortable odor through an easy operation.
This refined propolis in the form of fine powder is obtained by adding a paraffin-based solvent to a water-miscible organic solvent solution of crude propolis followed by stirring and cleaning the resultant solution and then removing the solvent therefrom.
