Thereafter, an integration body (the recovered solid phase 5b of h2) of the primary crystal 3b is obtained, which is compacted to the thickness L2 falling within the range of ±10% of the value to be obtained by the regression formula (1) by applying the predetermined pressure to the integration body of the primary crystal 3b for the predetermined time using the compacting plate 4.
