Abstract:

To provide a refining method of Al scrap by which an Al refined article can be highly efficiently produced from Al scrap, the Al refined article simultaneously satisfying the predetermined high Si removal rate and high Al recovery rate and having the predetermined designed Si concentration in each layer.

An integration body (the collected solid phase 5a of h1) of the primary crystal 3a is obtained, which is compacted to the thickness L1 falling within the range of ±10% of the value to be obtained by the regression formula (1) by applying the predetermined pressure to the integration body of the primary crystal 3a for the predetermined time using a compacting plate 4. Thereafter, an integration body (the recovered solid phase 5b of h2) of the primary crystal 3b is obtained, which is compacted to the thickness L2 falling within the range of ±10% of the value to be obtained by the regression formula (1) by applying the predetermined pressure to the integration body of the primary crystal 3b for the predetermined time using the compacting plate 4.
