PURPOSE: To avoid trouble of dust deposit in an OG gas recovering device by specifying an exhaust gas temp. at the top return-back part in the device at the time of executing smelting reduction refining of iron ore, etc., with a top and bottom combined blowing converter-type vessel providing the OG gas recovering device.
CONSTITUTION: By using the top blowing converter-type vessel providing the OG gas recovering device, carbonaceous material as heat source and reducing material is added and scrap melting or the smelting reduction refining of the metal oxide of iron ore, Cr ore, Mn ore, etc., is executed. Then exhaust gas temp. at the top return-back part in the OG gas recovering device is made to be ≤700°C. By this material, the adhesion of dust to a duct can be prevented. Further, as the restraining method of the exhaust gas temp., sensible heat recovering system, etc., by feed boiler system, fitting of contacting heat conductive member, etc., are generally used, but a method for flowing water into the exhaust gas can effectively be applied.
