Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflare machining device which has a relief hole on the lower side of a reflare punch and to provide a fin manufacturing apparatus containing the reflare machining device, of which the operability is improved.SOLUTION: A reflare working device of a heat exchanger fin includes an upper die 60 provided with a reflare punch 61 and a lower die 70. The lower die 70 includes a die bush 71 having a pore part 71a to which a tip part 61b of the reflare punch 61 can be inserted, a die plate 72 which retains the die bush 71 and an expelling pin 73 which expels chips of metallic thin plate P put into the hole part 71a of the die bush 71. Further, the lower die 70 includes a packing plate 74 which slidably retains the expelling pin 73 in the vertical direction and regulates movement to a lower part of the die bush 71, a spring member 75 which presses a lower surface of the expelling pin 73 to the upper side and an embedded block 76 which fastens the spring member 75.
