PURPOSE: To simply, easily provide external decoration effect by shadows according to light irradiation by forming cutouts and cut-erected portions in a main body.

CONSTITUTION: A frame 5 in which a reflecting body 1 is supported in a supporting pole or a light source is fitted to the periphery of the light source. Both ends of a main body 6 irradiated from the light source are connected by appropriated bonding means to form a trapezoidal cylinder. Many notches 7 are formed in the main body 6 and a desired pattern (b) is formed by the notche holes of the notches 7. When the pattern (b) is formed, part of the notches 7 is connected to the main body 6 so as not to be cut out or separated. The main body 6 is formed in double constitution by overlapping cutting up pieces 7a bent inward and cutting up pieces 7a vent outward so that the pieces 7a, 7a face to the outside. When the reflecting body 1 is fixed to the frame 5, the reflecting body 1 is fit to the frame 5 so as to form the trapezoidal cylinder, and the upper and lower peripheries are interposed between the upper and lower frames of the frame 5 by a connecting band.
