The reflecting mirror device is provided with a first reflecting mirror 7 retracted from a light path L1 of display light outgoing from a light-emitting display source 5 and stored in a dashboard 1 in a tilting state, and going out on an upper surface 1a of the dashboard 1 ad reflecting the display light outgoing from the light-emitting display source 5 toward an eye point I in a standing state; and a second reflecting mirror 9 going out on the upper surface 1a of the dashboard 1 and reflecting the display light outgoing from the light-emitting display source 5 toward the eye point I in a tilting state, and retracting from the light path L1 of the display light outgoing from the light-emitting display source 5 in a standing state. The first reflecting mirror 7 obstructing a lower side area S1 of the visual field S oriented to the front side of the vehicle when a base unit 3 is in a standing state, is stored in the dashboard 1 when the base unit 3 is in a tilting state.
