To provide a reflecting mirror capable of being easily installed without requiring any maintenance and having blur preventing function.
A reflecting mirror is constituted of a solar cell 2, an electrical condenser 3 for storing power generated in the solar cell 2, a mirror body 11, a blur preventing device 4 provided to the mirror body 11, a temperature sensor 6 for detecting the ambient temperature and a control circuit 7 supplying power of the electrical condenser 3 to the blur preventing device 4 when the temperature sensor 6 detects temperature less than specific one and eliminating the blur of the mirror body 11 with the blur preventing device 4. Since the solar cell 2 used for a power source, installation can be easily made, installation can be easily made anywhere without limiting a position to be installed, maintenance is not almost required, and since the blur preventing device 4 is operated only when the temperature sensor 6 detects temperature less than specific one, the power generated in the solar cell 2 can be efficiently consumed.
