Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve chemical resistance and reliability of components in the process of manufacturing by electrically and physically separating an AI reflecting film and a transparent electrode from each other.
SOLUTION: A substrate 101 and a transparent substrate 108 are arranged in parallel, and on the surface of the substrate 101, facing the transparent substrate 108, a 1st transparent electrode 105, an electrically insulating separation layer 120, and a reflecting film 102 are successively laminated. Moreover, on the surface of the transparent substrate 108, facing the substrate 101, 2nd transparent electrodes 107 are formed in the direction orthogonal to the parallel direction of the 1st transparent electrode 105. The transparent electrodes 105, 107 are of striped-shape and are arranged in multiple pieces in parallel at an equal pitch. The separation layer 120 separates the reflecting film 102 and the 1st transparent electrode 105 from each other electrically as well as physically.
