PURPOSE: To improve reflection brightness and to facilitate a work for attaching transparent beads by regularly providing recessed parts crosswise at constant pitches on the surface of a reflection layer and providing a thin adhesive layer on the recessed part so that the transparent bead may be fitted and fixed.
CONSTITUTION: To The reflection layer 2 made of synthetic resin is formed on the surface of a screen base material 1 by a printing means and it is worked by an embossing roller simultaneously with printing so as to form the recessed part 3 on the surface of the layer 2. The adhesive layer 4 is thinly formed inside the recessed part 3 with the ultraviolet curing resin being a pressure sensitive adhesive, for example, and the transparent beads 5 are respectively fitted in the recessed parts 3 and fixed on the adhesive layers 4 by scattering the beads 5 on the screen base material 1. Thus, the work for attaching the beads 5 is extremely facilitated and the beads 5 are arrayed crosswise at the constant pitches with almost no gaps on the surface, so that the reflection brightness is remarkably improved and a very bright screen is obtained.
