Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thin and inexpensive reflective insulation that has high heat reflectance and thermal insulation performance and that can also be applied to a small-sized furnace, and a heat treat furnace in which the reflective insulation can be installed.SOLUTION: In reflective insulation 1, a black plate 3, an air space 4 and a reflector 5 are stacked on one surface of an insulation layer 2 in turn. The black plate 3 is made of a metal plate coated with a black-body coating, a black-skin iron plate or the like. A heat reflection effect is enhanced by using the black plate 3, and extremely-high heat reflectance and thermal insulation performance can be exerted by a simple configuration with small thickness.
