In a reflective plate 1 for radar reflector, an engaging plate 11 having a prescribed length and an engaged plate 31 are disposed so as to be almost perpendicular to each other, an engaging part 15 projecting toward a back 14 is provided in the vicinity of the tip of the engaging plate 11, on the other hand, an engaged part 35 is provided in the vicinity of the engaged plate 31 by turning it toward a back 34, and the engaging plate 11 is formed so as to be rotatably engaged with the engaged part 35. A radar reflector is formed by combining a plurality of the reflective plates 1. The radar reflector can be formed by combining a plurality of the reflective plates 1, 1 for radar reflector, and a reflection direction can be changed to four to six multi-directions by changing the engagement angle of the engaging part 15 and the engaged part 35.
