Title:
REFLECTIVE SUBSTRATE FOR LIGHT-EMITTING ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013083002
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a reflective substrate for a light-emitting element, exhibiting higher heat resistance, excellent light resistance and a high optical reflectance.

The reflective substrate is provided with an inorganic reflective layer that covers a valve metal base at least partially, wherein the inorganic reflective layer has a Vickers hardness (Hv) of 1 GPa or more and an absorbance difference between at a wavenumber of 3,000 cm-1 and at a wavenumber of 1,900 cm-1 of 0.40 or more as determined by infrared spectroscopy, the absorbance difference being correspondent to an absorption coefficient assignable to OH surface structure.
