Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of feeders to a single feeder that generates a single shape of beam. CONSTITUTION: A dual linear polarization reflector antenna system 1 has at least two feeders 2 and 3 and two reflectors 4 and 5. At least one reflector 4 is nominally and electrically transparent to one-dimensional linear polarization radiation and also has a surface 4a that is arranged in front of the other reflector 5 to come closer to the feeders 2 and 3. At least one of the reflectors 4 and 5 generates at least one beam that is complicatedly formed while using one of the feeders 2 and 3.
