The reflector 16 has a curvature part 30 to cover a light source 14, and a pair of ends 32 extending to both sides of the curvature part 30, and the inner face of the end 32 is constituted by having a plurality of approximately parallel protrusions or recesses 34. The light guide plate has an incident plane and a light emission plane approximately perpendicular to the incident plane, and the incident plane has the plurality of protrusions or recesses extending approximately in parallel with the light emission plane.
