To manufacture a reflector which can easily be stuck to and detached from the material to be stuck and has excellent retroreflection performance.
Sucker members 12 of the reflector 11 are arranged on a prism surface 15 regularly at arbitrary intervals. The sucker members 12 each have an annular continuous projection part 17 and a hole part 18. The sucker members 12 can be formed on the prism surface 15 through screen printing by using ink for the sucker members. For use, the surface on the side of the sucker members 12 is applied to the top surface of a glass plate 19 and the reflector is pressed on the non-prism surface 22 side by a hand, etc., to reduce the pressure in the sucker members 12, so that the reflector is sucked to the glass substrate 19. Light 20 which enters the reflector 11 is reflected totally by the prism surface 15 where the sucker members 12 are absent.
