To provide a favorable reform system for a fuel cell for discharging residual fluid that remains inside a fuel cell system.
The reform system for a fuel cell has a reformer 1, a raw material passage 2, a drive source 3 for conveyance, an upstream valve 4, a passage 5 for a remained fluid, a valve 6 for a residual fluid, a discharging passage 7, a switch valve 8, and a downstream valve 9 for opening and closing the outlet 10p side of the reformer 1. A control means 200 closes the upstream valve 4 and the downstream valve 9, when the remained fluid in the reforming section 10 and the raw material passage 2 is discharged, and opens the valve 6 for a residual fluid. A control means 400 drives the drive source 3 for conveyance, while the drive source 3 for conveyance and the discharge passage 7 are connected to each other by the switch valve 8, and inhales the remained fluid that remain in the reformer 1 and the raw material passage 2 into the passage 5 for a remained fluid, and discharges the remained fluid to the discharge passage 7.
